WORKFORCE INTELLIGENCE INSTITUTE is the research arm of the company. Its focus is on leading edge research on the return on investments in human capital. This represents the next generation of human capital analytics first launched by our founder, Dr. Jac Fitz-enz, at Saratoga Institute in the 1970s.
