Dr. Jac Fitz-Enz Focuses on the Future with Monthly Column in Talent Management Magazine
The authority on human capital analysis and valuation and the industry's leading publication for HR executives have joined forces to guide HR into the future. Dr. Jac Fitz-Enz will author one of Talent Management Magazine's monthly columns.
Talent Management is directed at top-level management and senior human resources, workforce and development executives whose task is to align workforce competence with business objectives. The editors chose Fitz-Enz as a columnist because he is, "one of the most highly regarded experts in the field of human capital management research," said Mike Prokopeak, Editorial Director of Talent Management. "His deep understanding of strategic analysis and measurement will give our readers the key insights and intelligence they need to drive their organizations forward."
Fitz-Enz's column will focus on giving readers ideas and guidance to effectively manage for the future. "I want to bring reader's attention to the future as opposed to the past.
