Funding for the Predictive Initiative covers staff and operating expenses. Program staff is composed of personnel who have previously worked in Fortune 200 companies such as The Gap, Intel, Motorola and with Dr. Fitz-enz at Saratoga Institute. Additional advice and support is required periodically from members of the working group and from outside experts.

Sponsors have contributed $25,000 and participants $18,000 to fund the development of the deliverables. The return on their investment includes a non-exclusive license for use in a participants' organization. In the case of consultants and software companies an arrangement has been made for them to use it with their clients.
