The Plan

Group members met June 27 to 29 at Oracle headquarters to outline the Initiative’s tasks and plan the work. Over the following 10 months the staff, with assistance from the members and outside experts, will build the model, develop software, design process implementations and a training program, and construct the predictive measurement system. Each of these steps is necessary to create an integrated, future-facing human capital management model and system.

The Schedule

The next meeting is scheduled for February 19 at the American Management Association Center in San Francisco.  In addition to reports on software progress by Sal Faletta and Humair, Dr. Jac will report on the development of the Process Analysis and Alignment application.

Communications

Something as advanced as this will require a significant publicity program to attract attention and eventually widespread support. Over the course of the Initiative, the program will be featured in publicity from American Management Association, The Conference Board, Workplace and other journals. At the conclusion, a white paper by Dr. Fitz-enz will be published by AMA. In the Fall of 2008, a public conference will be offered by The Conference Board with Dr. Fitz-enz featuring predictive intelligence models and processes.
