Self-Funded Studies

Twice a year the Workforce Intelligence Institute, research center of Human Capital Source®, gathers data on the effects of human capital/talent management investments from over 700 organizations and publishes it in the Workforce Intelligence Report®. The WIR® is released in February and July of each year covering the previous six months. Each report contains over 95% new data.
